Our Promise: Love It or Return It — 30 Days
We stand behind every Vinyra Music Box we make. If for any reason you’re not 100% delighted, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original shipping costs excluded).
Easy Return Process:
- Contact support@vinyra.store with your Order Number
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in original condition (unused discs preferred)
- Receive refund within 5-7 business days after inspection
Defective or Damaged Items Contact us within 14 days with clear photos. We’ll immediately send a replacement at no cost to you or process a full refund.
Personalized Products We happily accept returns on personalized items that arrive damaged or don’t meet quality standards. However, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily modified or used beyond normal testing.
All returns are inspected by our team in Denver to maintain the highest standards.
