What is included with my Vinyra Music Box?
Each order comes with:

Can I upload my own photos?
Yes! You can upload 9 of your own high-resolution photos for fully custom discs. We also offer popular preset editions (BTS, Taylor Swift, etc.). Custom photo upload is available now.
How do I add my own songs or change them later?
It’s incredibly simple and takes under 5 minutes:
- Connect the music box to your computer using the included USB-C cable.
- Copy your MP3 files into the numbered folders (1-9) matching each disc.
- Safely eject and place the disc on the box — your song plays instantly.
You can update songs anytime.
What file formats are supported?
MP3 for audio. For photos, we accept JPG and PNG (high resolution recommended for best print quality).
How loud is the music box?
It offers clear, room-filling sound suitable for nightstands, desks, or shelves. Volume is perfect for personal enjoyment and intimate settings.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Order Processing All Vinyra Music Boxes are hand-personalized. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing during normal periods. Peak seasons (holidays, Valentine’s) may require 5-7 days.
Shipping Timelines (after processing):
- United States: 4-8 business days (UPS / USPS Priority)
- Canada & Europe: 7-12 business days
- Australia, Asia & Rest of World: 10-18 business days
Can I expedite my order?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping, but we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible.
